Digital Campaign Manager/Conversion Optimisation Manager/ Immediate start/ London
Description:
A Marketing Campaign Manager / Conversion Optimisation Manager is needed by a fast-growing and high energy b2b2c ad tech company player in a really unique field.
You will be responsible for improving the advertiser experience and in turn ensure a longer lifetime value. Joining an innovative team; this role will drive revenue growth across a portfolio of services.
Responsible for:
- End-to-end responsibility for delivering digital influencer campaigns for our Advertisers
- Taking an active part in campaign preparations - calls/briefs with clients, creative design, copy preparation, campaign planning
- Media buying
- Overseeing campaign delivery - management, reporting, data analysis, optimization
- Ensuring campaign delivery towards Advertisers’ KPIs (in terms of volumes, sales and/or quality)
- Drive sales and traffic for subscription, sales or installs campaigns
- Develop a strategic approach to Conversion Rate Optimisation and the User Experience
- Constant process optimization and coming up with new ways to deliver results and delight our Advertisers
- Serving as an advisor and strategist while working with Advertisers
- Communicating effectively and influencing our Streamers network
- Working closely with C-team, Developers, Streamer Account Managers, Sales
Requirements:
- At least 5 years’ experience working with digital paid campaigns (from agency/media house as a Media Buyer, Campaign Manager, Paid Campaign Manager, Acquisition Manager, Performance Marketer or Lead/User Acquisition Specialist)
- Delivering and optimization performance campaigns against clients sales/revenue targets (CPV, CPC, CPA, CPE models)
- Multi-channel experience - PPC/search, social, video, native or banner
- Experience in overseeing campaign management process end-to-end (prepare, plan, design, copy, analyse, report, optimize)
- Strong content and Campaign Management skills
- Very strong analytical skills using data to drive performance.
- Some knowledge of Creative design and Copy preparation
- In-depth knowledge of social media marketing industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (or similar relevant field)
- Proven track record in outreach campaign strategies
