Million’s roots are in sports and marketing science. We are athletes and data nerds who have honed our craft from our time at companies like Facebook, Twitter, Jebbit, Datto, and TB12. We have built enterprise marketing platforms and developed content for hundreds of brands and influencers. Our mission is to bring digital marketing infrastructure to a fragmented sports ecosystem. We are backed by Jason Robins (Founder of Draftkings), RIT and Boston-area sports angels.

The Million co-op program is a 6-month, full immersion into sports, digital media, and startups. You’ll work with leading brands and athletes to define and execute brand growth strategies using Million’s suite of digital media, automation, and analytics tools.

We’re looking for self-motivated leaders who can work with a multidisciplinary team to execute and overachieve on deliverables.

Brand Manager (eSports, football, basketball, hockey, baseball)

  • Be the point of contact for sports agents and their athletes, specifically in eSports, football, hockey and baseball industries.
  • Communicate timeline and deliverables to creative managers.
  • Act as a product expert and source of knowledge for new and existing customers.
  • Lead the social media growth strategy for professional athletes.
  • Work with brands and partners as necessary to plan and launch creative deliverables.

Requirements

  • Passion for sports, marketing, social media and creative design.
  • Proficient in design, and coding skills a plus, but not required.
