In this role you will

  • Work with Studio Leadership to coordinate public playtests and feedback sessions
  • Design and build initiatives that streamline the process of gathering and implementing feedback
  • Work with the Design team to identify key touchpoints where community involvement is most valuable
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with the most active members of the community
  • Create workflows and processes for public playtests, community sessions, and early access for Midnight Society members
  • Identify new ways to incorporate the community and players into the development process of the game
  • Assist in the marketing, messaging, and growth of the game and studio projects

The ideal candidate will possess

  • A deep passion for first person shooters and the online competitive multiplayer community as a whole
  • A strong knowledge of existing social networks and platforms, specifically Twitter and Discord
  • A focus on community-driven development and ideas on how players can be more involved in early development
  • An established network or following and credibility within the online multiplayer community (of any game)
  • A thick filter and emotional stability to understand someone mad at your game, isn't someone mad at you
  • The ability to control highly emotional conversations and flow it into productive and actionable items for a design team
