Xbox Studios Quality is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager who brings a growth mindset, a passion for customer success, and an insatiable curiosity to lead program/product development and drive innovation across our portfolios.
To excel in this role, you’ll need a technical background and a deep understanding of machine learning, artificial intelligence (AI), data analysis, and various AI models and training workflows. Experience collaborating with Data Scientists, Applied Scientists and Data Engineering to advance programs and product development is essential.
As a key member of the product team, you’ll be instrumental in shaping both the short- and long-term vision for our portfolio. Your expertise will empower you to influence the Data & AI team’s research priorities, while your user-centric and product-focused mindset will help guide our product/program development and strategic roadmap. In addition, your technical skills will enable you to effectively support the engineering team with data analysis and model development.
Comfort with ambiguity, the ability to drive clarity across cross-functional teams, and a talent for influencing organizational practices are all vital for this position. Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
