Our Developer Account Management team works closely with game developers throughout production to ensure appropriate alignment of Havok products with relevant commercial and support needs. We're looking for an outgoing account manager who will empower technical and creative developers while championing the merits of Havok products. In this role, you will build relationships with the world's best game developers while you help them realize their visions. Your work will play an essential part in how developers build state of the art experiences that gamers love.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and grow Havok SDK revenue in the assigned region
  • Manage entire order to cash sales process from start to finish
  • Work with team to appropriately qualify all opportunities and support commercial evaluation processes.
  • Responsible for accurate forecasting and reporting of pipeline and all sales related activities in region
  • Negotiate and maintain Technology License Agreements with regional Publishers
  • Build effective working relationship with key clients and build comprehensive regional and account management plans
  • Track communications and ensure detailed records for all customer interactions
  • Liaison with Developer Relations and Product teams to ensure customer product and support expectations are met
  • Be a self-starter, capable of solving ambiguous and challenging commercial problems with wide scope
  • Act as trust adviser and face of Havok business to customers and partners
  • Engage customers at industry events and onsite

Qualifications

What you'll need

  • 5-10 years successful enterprise sales, business development or account management experience3-5 years software sales (B2B) or relevant experience in entertainment sector
  • Experience negotiating complex software technology license agreements
  • Ability to work cross-functional with support, engineer, product, legal, and finance
  • Proficiency with CRM systems e.g. Salesforce, Dynamics 365, etc.
  • Ability to work with a team in a shared environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 35% of the time

  • Experience working at or with a game studio
  • Understanding of game development process, technologies, and pipelines
  • Experience using and building Power BI reports
