The ideal candidate should have a passion for gaming with a goal to launch a career in the rapidly growing esports industry. You should be resourceful, curious, motivated, and detail-oriented. Excellent communication & organization skills are a must.


This internship will be directly involved in many aspects of the business:


  • Track active brands and ad agencies in esports and identify contacts for outreach
  • Pitch Metta Sport and arrange introductory calls and meetings with various brands and ad agencies
  • Research TV, digital, and mobile prospects in growing esports markets, including Asia-Pacific, Latin America and EMEA
  • Manage CRM system with prospect information
  • Contribute to website redesign, PPTs, videos, PR, and other marketing materials as needed
  • Provide/create content for Metta Sport’s social media and other digital marketing


  • Research emerging esports titles, teams, events, and other interesting opportunities to pursue for representation
  • Monitor content trends, review high-performing content on Twitch, YT, FB and other platforms
  • Organize esports assets available for brands across our portfolio
