Metro Esports is a state-of-the-art gaming and tech facility located in Warminster, just outside of Philadelphia. Staffed with top coaches, talented players, and STEM educators, we bring gaming, competitive esports, coding/tech education, and social media production into one space. Our mission? To help you meet and exceed your goals—whether it’s to go pro, build a career, or just have a good time. In short, we’re helping to build the infrastructure of esports. And we’re looking for talented, high-energy team members who can collaborate in a professional-minded, high-paced environment.

A successful Social Media Manager will help manage and create content for our different social media platforms.

What We Are Looking For

  • Providing live coverage of tournaments
  • Helping to promote Metro tournaments and branded tournaments
  • Researching and developing relevant content/memes Interacting with popular brands and trends
  • Posting to all Metro social media channels and interacting with fans
  • Working with the Video department to have assets created for social media
  • Working with the esports department to ensure the streams and tournaments are promoted to our followers
  • Working with the VP of Marketing to develop a targeted marketing strategy to ensure growth or the company and brands
  • Working with our brand partners to ensure proper sponsorship integration

What We Like To See

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Available to work evenings and weekends (if needed for tournament coverage)
  • Experience in Adobe Suite
  • Understanding of major social platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Tik tok)
  • Strong writing skills
  • Experience using Discord a plus
  • Love of video games a huge plus
  • Working from home, in the office one day a week, must be able to attend any large events
  • Some travel required
