What You'll Do

To operate and optimise key services, processes, and information flows to meet the needs of our studio and teams.

In this role, you will

  • be responsible for surfacing and communicating data that enables informed leadership decision-making at all levels of the organization

  • be responsible for the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of studio operations

  • develop and maintain the resource plan that supports our strategic plan and balances the needs of the business, teams, and individuals

  • Establish a robust process for ensuring that staff moves are planned and happen as planned with full involvement of individuals and stakeholders and that we can track actual movements against the plan

  • be responsible for ensuring that Mediatonic receives the services and support needed from Epic central teams

What we’re looking for

  • experience maintaining and improving dashboards, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all data

  • experience evaluating, implementing, and maintaining processes and systems for studio operations and supporting functions

  • strong analytical and organizational skills

  • proven record of staffing plan and forecasts, accompanying analysis and reporting

  • experience in setting up clear company goals and measures for central/support teams

  • familiarity with ‘EOS’ framework would be an advantage
