We are looking for a talented Social Media Coordinator to manage the social media and digital content efforts for a world famous game developer and publisher company. The Social Media Coordinator responsibilities include identifying opportunities, planning and creating content, managing the brand’s social channels and interacting with the community. It’s a position that blends a creative approach with the operational side of managing social media and digital channels.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience with digital publishing, social media management and/or digital advertising. Ultimately, you will help us reach our target audience by delivering both useful and appealing online content to promote both, company and products.

Responsibilities

  • Research audience preferences and discover current trends
  • Plan and Create content calendars, campaigns and concepts
  • Create copy for posts, newsletters and website pages
  • Design posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and create buzz around new products
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness
  • Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate content
  • Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries
  • Report on online reviews and feedback from customers and fans
  • Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics
  • Take responsibility for generating the content needed for all frog deliverables as well as ensuring others produce content following high standard
  • Participate as a contributor to a multidisciplinary team that includes designers, project management, business and brand strategists
  • Recommend strategies for sunsetting content and be able to propose short- and long-term solutions through prospective product roadmaps
  • Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager
  • Great experience creating content independently and with cross-disciplinary teams
  • Intermediary English
  • Knowledge in the gaming universe is a plus
