Full-time, on-site in Doha (Qatar). Relocation can be discussed for exceptional candidates.

We are open to strong intermediate candidates for most roles; senior preferred for engineering-heavy roles. Please include expected monthly salary in QAR.

We are building a PC-only, solo-first 3rd-person Action PvE game in Unreal Engine focused on combat encounters + boss fights and high polish.

We use purchased assets (Fab/Quixel/KitBash/mocap packs) as a base, then EDIT/IMPROVE/UNIFY them into a cohesive, original-feeling game (not an asset dump).

OPEN FULL-TIME ROLES (DOHA):

ENGINEERING / DESIGN

- Gameplay Engineer (UI + integration support): UMG HUD/menus/settings, controller navigation, prompts/bindings, wiring gameplay→UI/VFX/audio/animation, dev tools.

- Gameplay/AI Engineer (Boss/Enemy Logic): enemies + boss logic, phase/state machines, encounter scripting, reliability fixes (no soft-locks).

- Lead Designer (Systems / Combat): combat rules + tuning targets, ability kit specs, enemy/boss kit specs (moves/phases/counters), progression rules, UI/UX requirements (spec owner).

- Level Designer: greybox + flow, encounter layout, small puzzle/parkour/event rooms, iteration from playtests.

ART

- Environment Artist: build/edit modular rooms/arenas, set dressing, collisions/clarity, integrate purchased environment assets into one style.

- Technical Artist (materials/VFX/perf): unify look via materials, Niagara readability rules, profiling/LODs/scalability/perf budgets.

- Animator: retarget/polish mocap, combat animation polish + boss telegraphs aligned with timing, in-engine Sequencer moments (light intro/end beats).

- Character/Creature Artist: class visuals + armor/weapons + boss/creature visuals (game-ready, optimized, readable silhouettes).

NOTES

- Audio & music will be sourced externally; engineering will implement and hook audio events inside Unreal.
