Position Overview:
The Customer Service Associate position for MassVR creates a friendly, engaging atmosphere and ensures a smooth customer experience. This position includes greeting customers, assisting in the registration process, and promoting an overall positive environment in alignment with the MassVR brand. The ideal candidate is friendly, trustworthy, comfortable engaging with and speaking to customers, and able to manage their time well.
No technical experience is necessary; training will be provided to all associates to establish a base familiarity with our system and technology.

Duties:

  • Complete opening/closing tasks as defined by policies and procedures
  • Maintain a professional and courteous disposition when communicating with guests
  • Assist guests both in-person and over the phone by providing accurate and helpful information
  • Coordinate the customer experience through onboarding, game-play, and debriefing
  • Recover arenas and lobby consistently throughout the day to provide a clean and professional appearance
  • Provide tours and demos when necessary
  • Support and coordinate with management and operations team
  • Create a positive, fun and engaging environment
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Available weekdays, weekends, and potentially holidays
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Ability to engage and excite customers about products and offerings
  • Self-motivated and organized
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks at a time
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs and remain active for extended periods of time
