Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Director to join our new, unannounced, project that we have just started. This is a great opportunity for you who like working with smaller size teams and projects while having all the benefits of a AAA environment as well as developing a product using our in-house engine Snowdrop.

Reporting to the Producer, you will need: technical leadership, the skill to influence and drive processes forward, be a hands-on doer and a technical innovator. You will ultimately make a successful user experience for all team members using Snowdrop and technical decision who can support the ongoing development of the project.

Responsibilities

Setting technical direction together with the other team members
Drive launches and improve processes
Identify technical areas that needs to be improved
Audit technical quality and capability

Relevant professional experience working as a Lead Programmer / Senior Engineer / Senior Software Architect / Technical Director or in a similar position
Extensive experience with team management
Experience as a system architecture when it comes to design, planning, execution and technical leadership
Extensive experience with C++
