The Snowdrop DevOps team develops tools and processes to make shipping games as effortless and pleasurable as possible. We’re looking for one more Fullstack Developer to join the team. Our build system has a web-based dashboard, which is the main entry point for all users. As a Fullstack Developer you’ll make sure, through a great UX experience, that we can improve the quality of life for hundreds of developers across many disciplines.

Our build system is based on a microservice architecture and has interfaces built on Flask, Vue.js and Python-based packaging with Node.js elements.

This is a permanent position based in Malmö, Sweden, and requires working onsite. We kindly ask you to apply with your CV and message to the hiring manager/cover letter in English. Applications will be reviewed whilst the job-ad is posted.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the dashboard for the Snowdrop Build System. You’ll mainly be working with Python, JavaScript and CSS
  • Evaluate and implement UX improvements based on user collaboration
  • Take part in streamlining of deployment and ensuring high availability of user-facing services

Qualifications

You as a person

You love working with cutting-edge technology. You enjoy working and collaborating with a team, who are open to new ideas and are learning and experimenting together to come up with creative and innovative ways of solving technical problems. Besides the above we’re looking for someone aligned with our core values and the following skills and experience:

  • Professional experience with Python (Flask or Django)
  • Browser and server JavaScript (Node.js. Vue.js is a bonus)
  • Experience of CSS preprocessors
  • Experience working with RESTful micro services

You will probably enjoy this position if you have an interest and/or experience of working with:

  • Experience of CI/CD systems
  • MySQL
  • WebSockets
  • nginx
  • WebGL
