Manages the eSports program in accord with all pertinent rules:

• Develops effective technical/skill, and strategic/tactical content of program
• Develops game and/or practice/training plans including maintaining and accurately scheduling facilities for practices, games, and meetings in collaboration with other departments and staff members
• Works with Athletic Director to develop playing schedule
• Coordinates home game management
• Coordinates with Athletics Director to develop and maintain appropriate relations with alumni and the community
• Continually grow knowledge of the diverse and ever-changing field of eSports. This person will be expected to be able to coach several different teams from within the eSports program
• Establishes consistent communications with prospective athletes via phone calls, e-mail, letters, all allowable means of social media
• Strives diligently to recruit quality athletes, and enough of them, to sustain the program each year.
