Mainline’s Client Services team is committed to creating meaningful relationships with our clients and partners. We are looking for a Client Services Manager to develop strong client partnerships, drive projects from ideation to completion, and be the day-to-day liaison for external and internal teams. The ideal candidate is an empathetic team player who is proactive, personable, detailed oriented, and goes above and beyond to ensure all client engagements are executed successfully.

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for Mainline clients and partners, ensuring exceptional client service.
  • Manage all aspects of the client experience including onboarding, correspondence, timelines, project approvals, and event recaps.
  • Oversee projects internally from kickoff to event completion ensuring all teams have the assets and timelines needed to execute projects successfully and client information is translated, communicated, and understood.
  • Work closely with internal teams including Tournament Operations, Production, Creative Services, and Product to ensure client projects are executed on time and within budget.
  • Direct and maintain strong project documentation and asset organization.
  • Analyze client projects to identify opportunities for improvements in communication and execution.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of client management experience
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others
  • Strong time-management, attention to detail, and organization skills for coordinating multiple events and priorities
  • Ability to influence and support others without authority
  • Self-starter and work with minimal supervision
  • Sound decision-making skills based on agency, client, and/or industry knowledge
  • Ability to manage time, adhere to strict deadlines, and work well under pressure
  • Capable of handling change in a rapidly evolving environment
