As a Game Performance Manager , you will be in charge of maximizing MadBox games portfolio performances in more than 100 countries.
You'll manage user acquisition, monetization strategy to ensure each games reach millions of users with strong ROI KPIs. You will be joining a team of 3 Game Performance Managers all based in Paris and ensure the scale of our hits !
What will you do ?
- User acquisition : You'll be in charge of campaigns performances management. Your daily missions will be to manage and monitor our major user acquisition channel (Facebook / Google and affiliates and ad networks) to maximize reach with the lower cost per install.
- Monetization : On the Monetization side, you'll be in charge of your game revenue KPIs. You'll ensure that each of our game benefits from the best possible ROI with the less impact for our player experience. In order to do so, you'll management the monetization performances with direct relation with our main monetization partners.
- Creatives: You'll work hand to hand with the marketing creative team to create the best performing ads in multiple marketing channels. Your mission'll be to bring new ad ideas, benchmark market best pratices, share with the team previous creatives performances.
- Data Analysis: You'll be in a center of a huge amount of data. One of a key part of your mission will be to analyze user acquisition, monetization and game data to find opportunity to maximize game usage, scale and ROI.
- Benchmark: Gaming market is a very creative and competitive market. One of your mission'll be to analyse and share new trend (usage, games, platforms, ads, etc) with the reste of the team.
- Build best practices
Mad Skills & Experience Required
- Strong data analysis skills (preferably with an education background in an Engineering school or Finance / Mathematics)
- High expertise in Excel
- 1st experience using wide datasets even during an internship
- Ability to be "hacky" and focus on solutions in front of each situations
- You have good communication and organization skills, team spirit and pro-activity
- You have positive attitude with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback
- You are able to multi-task and to adapt easily to change
