Job Brief

As Lurkit's Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building relationships with our current and new clients and ensure a winning onboarding and customer experience.

Your day-to-day work will involve interfacing with the marketing, PR, social media and community teams of some of the most exciting gaming publishers and developers in the world. By owning onboarding, helping customers refine their influencer marketing efforts, and working inside the Lurkit ecosystem, you'll nurture successful relationships and help customers get the most value out of Lurkit.

This role combines account management, product operations, and relationship building. Customer Success Manager champions the needs of our customers and works cross-functionally with our entire team. As someone working both strategically and tactically with our customers, you'll be in the best position to gain insights on our product and market โ€” helping us to shape our roadmap and make improvements across the business.

  • Onboard new customers and educate them on how to use Lurkit to achieve successful game launches and campaigns
  • Educate customers on the Lurkit ecosystem and coach them through their influencer marketing efforts
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via Discord, email or Slack
  • Create and closely monitor metrics to ensure we meet and exceed customer expectations
  • Create documentation & help center materials for our customers
  • Be an expert in the way the Lurkit ecosystem works
  • Interface with the customer-facing team to guide product decisions and priorities based on customer feedback
  • Work cross-functionally to drive strategic projects in operations, sales, marketing, hiring and customer experience
  • Develop a strong rapport and trust with our customers

Key Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in customer-facing experience, such as in customer success, sales, account management or consulting roles
  • Experience in working with customers in B2B, preferably from Customer Success or Account Management is highly meritorious
  • Have a high sense of ownership and the ability to work autonomously
  • You have used technologies like CRMs, and are good at getting up to speed with new technologies
  • Detail-oriented, problem-solving and analytical
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
  • A passion for the gaming industry
