We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development, launch, and optimization of the next generation of Lumosity’s brain training consumer apps. In this role, you will work on a diverse set of projects from end-to-end user-facing features to backend-oriented features like billing and data.

YOU WILL

  • Drive the product roadmap and communicate the product strategy for your product team – ensure alignment across the team, leadership, and company
  • Manage the product development cycle: discovery, development, release, analysis, and iteration
  • Partner with PMs to understand the business and end-user needs to align priorities and uncover dependencies
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to inform priorities, iterations, and new feature development
  • Run sprints, manage a backlog, and ensure there is stellar project execution

YOU HAVE

  • 4+ years of product management experience
  • Experience working on technical projects across backend and frontend developers
  • Strong analytical ability that enables you to break down complex problems and synthesize insights from data
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills demonstrated through working with multiple stakeholders/teams
  • Deep understanding of the key levers that drive the business to inform product priorities
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to synthesize input from multiple stakeholders into a cohesive product roadmap
