Job Description

Our ideal candidate can demonstrate of an excellent knowledge of the production cycle, the difficulties generally encountered by the teams, and the solutions bespoke to their requirements. He must be able to show his ability to analyze problems and provide consistent guidance on different areas : art, game design , organization, business, etc.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define the game's vision, and its development strategy, build the schedules, the resource requirements and structure to ensure the achievement of the vision in collaboration with the executive management team;
  • Kick-off and track all the production processes through the direct management of the team leads (design, art, programming, QA)
  • Develop and maintain optimal project schedules for all functional areas of development
  • Ensure a timely delivery of the milestones whilst ensuring the quality conforming to the predefined project schedule
  • Manage the risks and approve the contingency plans
  • Draw up and present the status of the project to management
  • Represent the project internally and externally;
  • Negotiate agreements with internal and external suppliers whenever necessary
  • Work with QA to triage the game issues and drive the updates to the game service
  • Collaborate with the Studio production leads to improve the overall quality of our games, the productivity of our teams and the efficiency of our pipelines and processes.

Qualifications

You Must Have:

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Producer in the games industry
  • 3+ years’ experience as a Producer in the mobile game industry
  • Candidate must have a track record of at least two video game titles shipped and published
  • In depth knowledge of the mobile video game market and culture, as well as F2P games
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities combining leadership and diplomacy
  • Proven experience managing a team of 10+ developers (programmers, artists, animators, designers, testers)
  • Be result oriented and having a constant connection with mobile consumer expectations
  • Proven strong project management skills - Fluent with Agile methodology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual (functional in French and English)
