We’re looking for an Onboarding Manager to help Luckbox offer a superior player experience and optimise conversion across our esports, sports and casino verticals.
Luckbox is striving to become the number one betting destination for esports fans and we need someone to own the onboarding process as we welcome the world to our platform, built to meet the demands of the next generation of bettors.
Working closely with our marketing team and making use of our sophisticated business intelligence infrastructure, you’ll help build highly customised user experiences, so every player at Luckbox feels like a VIP.
You’ll be an important addition to our talented team at Luckbox, where we mix igaming expertise and a passion for esports and video games.
What you’ll do
- Own the player onboarding process and KPIs
- Tirelessly analyse onboarding process and continually strive for improvements and optimisation
- Be super proactive for opportunities to improve onboarding process
- Work with marketing and other relevant teams to increase conversion rates
- Keep constant eye on key metrics around onboarding, and take immediate action around any concerns
- Write concise requirement documents to enable development teams to implement improvements
- Prioritise onboarding related developments by level of impact
What you need
- You’ll be a fantastic relationship builder with the ability to use relationships to influence positive action
- Tenacity and a focus on achieving measurable results
- To be comfortable analysing data, and converting to actions
- Ability to write clear and concise requirement documents

You can work remotely as long as you are in a EU timezone or from our offices in Plovdiv, Bulgaria and Douglas, Isle of Man.
