The Role

We are looking for a Marketing Program Manager to join the Logitech Video Collaboration Marketing team to support our current product portfolio. This role is responsible for driving programs forward, managing timelines, and ensuring seamless delivery for VC’s product portfolio programs and activities. You will work closely with the Product Marketing team as well as key stakeholders (internal & external) to plan, schedule, prioritize and drive product portfolio initiatives from inception to completion.

This role will report to and work closely with the Marketing Program Management Lead to orchestrate the quarterly, half, and annual planning processes for the VC product portfolio. For each project you oversee, you will be responsible for communicating business objectives, prioritization, timelines, and status of deliverables across various go-to-market teams. You will also play a role in gauging the success of these programs through working with analytics partners to continuously inform future planning cycles.

You thrive in global, highly cross-functional environments and are comfortable navigating ambiguous challenges. Your stakeholders will comprise of Alliances, Product/Product Marketing, Web, Marketing Operations, Creative/Brand, PR and Comms, and third party agencies as well as the Global Commercial Organization.

Your Day-to-day

  • Lead point for programmatic planning across VC’s existing product portfolio to determine priorities, deliverables and shared services needs
  • Manage the portfolio marketing plan from brief development to final determination of deliverables in partnership with creative producers, ensuring that workflow and best practices are maintained throughout
  • Create, maintain and/or communicate schedules, risks, budgets and weekly status reports to key stakeholders and 3rd party agencies
  • Ensure product marketing team and cross functional teams are aware of expectations and timelines for planning and their deliverables
  • Manage the seamless flow of information between cross-functional partners and GBE’s project management lead
  • Continually contribute to the evolution of workflow and processes with the Marketing Program Management Lead to scale our fast-growing business and team
  • Support ad hoc projects and programs for the VC marketing team
  • Work with the localization team to develop work-back schedules for product marketing sustaining content that requires global coordination.
  • Maintain a post-product launch framework/tracker to ensure all project details are communicated to cross-functional teams.
  • Own budget coordination with the Product Marketing team to include quarterly budget planning, monthly check-ins, and communication to the finance lead on adjustments or financial considerations.
  • Attend web meetings to track Product Marketing web projects and delivery timelines.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • 3-4 years of work experience in project or program management (agency or in-house), experience working in marketing organizations a plus
  • Impeccable attention to detail and a passion for building and executing plans and processes in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to work within tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities and balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives
  • A “no-excuses” mentality combined with kindness in delivery
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The proven ability to work at strategic and tactical levels – a hands-on team player where no task is too small
  • You feel comfortable using video conferencing as a key communication tool.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional environment to drive outcome-based plans, programs, and execution
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills and experience with G-Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs, Gmail)
  • Experience with Monday.com or other program/project management technologies is a plus.

Education

  • Bachelors’ degree required
