VC Marketing Manager

The Role

The Korean VC Marketing Manager directly reporting to Korea Head of VC, is responsible for Korea VC (Video Collaboration) Marcom, Marketing strategies/tactics development and deployment for Korea. This role will work closely with Global/APAC VC Marketing and Korea VC Sales Teams.

Key Responsibilities (including But Not Limited To)

  • Work, Collaborate and Lead as Korea VC Marketing Manager, responsible for developing and driving strategic internal and external comm programs and tactics, including corporate communications, public relations, marketing communications.
  • Marcom Activities & executions (Direct and Indirect) on different VC products (Existing and Newly launched (to be launched) in Korea.
  • Review/ track marketing communication programs and take leadership in developing projects to increase and broaden overall brand & category awareness.
  • Play an active role (together with sales) to understand the local market status, trends, needs from both customer and channel perspectives in identifying and setting up ultimate sales strategies.
  • Standardize Reseller/Partner marketing supporting programs and tools with clear assessment criteria, operation process, and KPI measurement.

Key Qualifications

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • Minimum 14 years of relevant experience in Marketing roles in B2C and/or B2B product companies.
  • Good project management experience with proven results
  • Strong communication, presentation skill, and negotiation skill
  • Good teamwork in multi-cultural environment.
  • Ability to analyze, summarize and apply, and leverage resource in the organization
  • Ability to handle complex and matrix relationship and decision process
  • Language proficiency - Native level of Korean and business level of English is MUST
