Creativity & Productivity (C&P) business group is the biggest division of Logitech, consisting of our mice, keyboards and presentation remotes. It is a key pillar of Logitech’s past, present and future as a global brand known for great design and exceptional user experiences.

This is an exciting role for a seasoned leader who has successfully led the development, implementation (end to end) and management of services and new strategic business models in the CE/Tech industry. This new leader will work directly with Logitech senior leaders to successfully identify new opportunities, develop new business models, concepts and prototypes to launch, learn and scale a few initiatives which will contribute to Logitech mid & long-term growth. The role reports to the General Manager of Creativity & Productivity Business Group.

  • Identify desirable new ways of engaging with users/consumers through SW and services, reaching out to new and diverse audiences with sustainable business models & services.
  • Provide business critical insights, monitor trends to define long-term strategic priorities and drive improvement initiatives.
  • Bring new ways of thinking to diversify services and processes making a positive change not only for organisation, but for consumers
  • Direct, inspire and execute the development of the recommended initiatives from idea to prototyping and scaling.
  • Lead business organisation transformation to support the new business model w/ the cross-functional teams (e.g. finance, go-to-market, marketing, sales, operations…) and Logitech leadership team.
  • Build & share best practices across the organisation

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • 10+ years of experience in a senior role within international business preferably Consumer Electronics or Software / services domain
  • Proven experience in SW/services & new business models development
  • Proven success in advancing, creating and launching business models within an organisation
  • Deep 360° business understanding and passion for innovations
  • Recognized leadership capabilities as well as strong executive presence and maturity.
  • Ability to influence, engage and work collaboratively with people at all levels and within various functions of an organization
  • Strategic thinking, excellent business acumen, ability to navigate complex challenge
  • Decisive self-started able to deal with ambiguity
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, start-up mentality, hands on approach to business
  • Familiar with design thinking
  • Hungry to make a difference
  • International outlook is a must.
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken is mandatory
  • Flexibility to travel internationally 30% of the time

In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:

  • Be flexible working remotely while creating trust and great internal/external network
  • Consulting background or/and Project Management experience as an advantage

Education:

  • Master’s degree in Business
