The Role:

The Logitech Gaming business unit is looking for a resourceful and enthusiastic Global Product Development Manager for Gaming. You are responsible for defining and communicating product and marketing requirements for the Logitech G gaming products across any gaming platform; PC, Console, Mobile or Cloud. Specifically, you will research customer needs, identify market opportunities and collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, analytics and global marketing teams to define the features and benefits that deliver best in class gaming experience to our customers. To make good decisions, you will need to understand the gaming experience and how gaming products impact the gaming market, cost structures and pricing models. You will also be responsible for supporting product messaging, packaging and marketing communication in preparation for the launch of your products into sales channels.

  • Development of key insights that will drive how we bring our gaming products to market
  • Work collaboratively across functional groups and matrix organization within Logitech
  • Lead external meetings and present Logitech's story with key partners
  • Definition of product requirements, using input from key sources/stakeholders
  • Continuously use metrics based business feedback and results to track progress of products and refine based on key business objectives
  • Development, refinement and prioritization of product features to deliver ideal consumer experiences
  • Contribution to longer-term product roadmaps to achieve corporate objectives and strategies
  • Business skills, including financial modeling, forecasting, and margin analysis

Your Skills:

  • For consideration, you must bring the following skills and behaviors to our team:
  • Must be a Gamer, with experience on PC, Console, Mobile and Cloud gaming platforms
  • 3-5 years product management experience or similar in consumer focused positions, preferably product development or marketing of gaming products or similar consumer electronics
  • Experience managing all aspects of a typical product, including; market need, definition, portfolio fit, positioning and marketing launch
  • Demonstrated leadership across functional teams
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, fluid, and fun environment
  • A high degree of self-motivation
  • Education: BA or BS (or equivalent) required
  • Familiarity with gaming peripherals across all platforms; PC, Console, Mobile and Cloud
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time post Covid
  • Domestic and International experience a plus
