Job: Digital Marketing Specialist

Description

We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join the Logitech Mexico team. This candidate will manage and execute responsibilities including but not limited to content production, campaign and promotion development, social media and PR campaign support, rich media development including video and animations, industry research and analytics, and partner alliance management. The Digital Marketing Specialist will support the overall Digital Marketing function for the Logitech Business Group that is fast paced and quickly growing which provides a high opportunity for growth.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Help develop, organize and track marketing project workflows
  • Execute online marketing and email campaigns, A/B Testing, and ongoing optimization
  • Identify and lead continuous optimizations across web, search, programmatic and paid social tying insights to future creative and messaging recommendations across Business Group and Regional materials
  • Collaborate with both internal teams and external vendors
  • Maintain multiple schedules with project teams
  • Support partner marketing initiatives including program development and execution
  • Support tradeshows and events, including logistic planning and execution
  • Ensure all communication and/or assets meet Logitech brand guidelines
  • Conduct research for campaigns, marketing assets and thought leadership initiatives
  • Coordinate and organize imagery, content and assets
  • Manage web change request process
  • Influencers management for all Logitech Brands
  • Aggregate post mortem reports to optimize and expand paid media activities, webinars and email nurture programs
  • Collaborate with global teams to activate local programs as needed
  • Work with external agencies and partners (PR, Social Media, Designs creative, Influencers, Content Syndication, Esports Teams sponsored)
  • Has an understanding of how to connect business goals and brand objectives to key performance indicator

Education, Skills, And Abilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects with varying schedules
  • Motivated self starter who takes initiative with minimal supervision
  • Digital marketing and data analytics experience
  • Experience in A/B or multivariable testing, analysis and methodologies a plus
  • Willingness to learn new skills, adapt to new challenges and to work in a collaborative manner
  • Passion to be on a team with the vision to radically change the way we communicate and connect

Specifics

  • This is a full time position located in Mexico City.
  • 2 to 3 years job experience in a similar role and industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or similar field
  • Compensation commensurate with experience
