Position at Logitech
Logitech is looking for a genuinely bright and dynamic person who will own the full Russia responsibility for all marketing activities for Logitech core category Creativity & Productivity: Mice/Keyboards/Webcams/speakers/headsets. Logitech has dominated many of the more traditional B2C categories and now is looking to grow its share within the changing market context and through introduction of new product lines. Key objective should be to incrementally drive revenue, raise ASP and find ways to re-vitalise the category.
We are looking to recruit a special, bright and energetic individual who will be responsible for full Category and Marketing management with a high level of autonomy and ability to multitask. You will be responsible for the execution of all Logitech’s marketing strategy in the country for the Creativity and Productivity portfolio, as well as uphold and build Logitech’s A-brand status with both channel partners and end-consumers. You will be fully responsible for the marketing budget and p&l for the category.
You should understand the different retailers and ways you can support sales through them. You will lead campaigns, work with a series of agencies on online, digitally and through social media. You will create marketing plans with retailers on various campaigns in-store and digitally, and you will build launch plans. This is a very varied and fully encompassing role where passion and energy are key to success.

In This Role You Will
- Work collaboratively with the head of C&P category marketing on strategies that ladder up to the overall business goals and objectives
- Develop and deliver marketing plans, campaigns and joint marketing plans in partnership with key retail and channel partners
- Deliver a strong social media and influencer strategy (where applicable), utilizing the partner agency
- Manage agencies (media, PR, lead gen & digital) and suppliers to derive superior business results
- Contribute to strategy planning with strategy implementations for offline (OFL) and online (ONL) channels
- Business analysis to highlight trends, portfolio gaps and opportunities, competition, SI/ST/SO, and market share
- Report on monthly market share updates and bi-weekly on sales out
- Work with training manager to deliver channel training, floor walks, collateral and incentive programs
- Responsible for quarterly Q+ presentation for the cluster
Take full responsibility for New product introductions and / or existing products, manage execution, instore and On-line and implement ROI tracking of the marketing plan:
- Manage the successful implementation of the plan within the defined budgets (MDF and 3rd party budgets ) & timelines
- Work closely with the local sales and field sales force to ensure best-in-class execution in-store
- Regularly conduct market visits to ensure the implementation excellence in-store
- Track campaign results and share with key stakeholders
- Work as necessary with Sales management and EMEA Category team to drive necessary adjustments of the plan throughout the fiscal year
- Manage any necessary new listings, on shelf activities, POS and instore promotions
- Share best practice within the EMEA
Manage The Marketing Planning
- Work with the local account managers to define the marketing activities required for each priority account plan
- Work with the EMEA category heads and EMEA trade marketing to formulate category plans by customer
- Attend active customer meetings with key customers in the country
- Define the appropriate Gross to Net (Gtn)
- Define the appropriate timing and coverage model for each marketing activity to meet the account plan objectives
- Define account specific KPIs
- Provide input to the Regional Operating Plan as required
Manage The Marketing Execution
- Support execution of plans through overseeing execution of Marketing activities as defined in the Category plans
- Strong channel marketing activity
- Review and track performance against marketing objectives
Key Qualifications
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
- Ideally 7+ years marketing experience in IT or CE environment with a recognized A-brand

- Super bright and keen all round marketer
- Energetic, bright, dynamic marketing lead for their categories
- Comprehensive understanding of the local retail market and how to maximize marketing campaigns within the different ones
- Balance of Marketing skills including product introduction, Instore activities and execution, online experience and digital campaigns, product marketing. PR and social media, event management, agency management and strong Marketing Planning experience
- Strong project management skills, detail oriented and highly organized
- Hard working, hands-on and positive personality - highly self-motivated
- Solid presentation & negotiation skills and ability to manage relationships with key retail partners
- Positive and open person in the Logitech tradition and believes is a team mentality, shared responsibility and humble
- Experience with full marketing mix, developing marketing plans and 360 campaign
- The ability to analyse competitor strategies and innovate on best practices
- Experience working with and managing external agencies
- Ability to use quantitative data and metrics to drive strategic decisions and marketing activities
- Self-motivated, passionate and high energy level
- Fluent in English is a must
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
