The Role:

As a mechatronics engineer in CP&G sustainability engineering department for Logitech C&P(Creativity & Productivity) and Gaming Engineering team, you will be responsible for working with the PM and other engineers to develop the relevant techno projects.

  • Cooperate with the sustainability scouting team to search for the mechatronics technical solutions and identify the interesting ones for the products groups. Contribute to the screening of the topics to create the technical projects list. Cooperate with PM, Mechanical engineer, Electronic and Design for Sustainability Engineers to
  • Deliver clear risk assessments and feasibility evaluations.
  • Lead the mechatronics relevant tasks with the cooperation of the project team and external partners (suppliers etc.)
  • Develop and maintain the right level of documentation to manage all the projects and ensure the high-quality documentation to communicate with key stakeholders
  • Verify the technical projects with the cooperation of the project team and external partners (suppliers etc.)
  • Transfer the technical projects result to the implementation team of new product projects or the MP sustaining.

Key Qualifications:

  • For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
  • 3 years experience
  • Innovative/creative mindset, familiar with innovation process/methodology
  • Excellent X-function/X-culture communication skills

In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:

  • Passionate about sustainability, creating a better future for the planet
  • Experience in consumer electronics products is a plus
  • Experience in working with people from diverse backgrounds/regions
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time

Education:

  • Bachelor or Master degrees in mechatronics
