The Role
As the B2B Direct Engagement Account Manager, you will drive the growth of our B2B business, focusing on large enterprises in Hong Kong within Logitech’s video conferencing and personal workspace accessory business solutions. You will be responsible for targeting and vertical focus to meet and exceed sales quotas.

• Be accountable for the performance of assigned Key Accounts, achieving assigned sales targets.
• Take responsibility for forecasting, reporting, planning, and ensuring customer satisfaction for Key Named Accounts.
• Implement a comprehensive strategy that maximizes Logitech’s B2B opportunities.
• Drive business development by identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within Key Named Accounts portfolios.
• Maintain an accurate and updated sales/pipeline funnel in Salesforce.
Key Qualifications
• Strong understanding of the B2B IT peripherals market, industry, and trends.
• Excellent relationship-building and maintenance skills with customers.
• Hands-on mentality and ability to manage the entire sales cycle.
• Can-do attitude with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to quickly understand and demonstrate technology and business value propositions.
• Desire to work in a high-energy, fast-paced team environment.
Preferred Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• 4–6+ years of experience in business development within B2B sales or related fields.
• Experience in C-level engagement or the Financial Services Industry (FSI) is an advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
