We are currently hiring an experienced and dynamic Localization Project Manager to work in our fast paced Localization Department with English as our main language of communication.

Role

As a Localization Project Manager, you will manage multilingual projects in a deadline driven environment taking full ownership of your projects from RFQ to final delivery, ensuring successful project completion and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • University degree BA or MA in Translation, Philology or Linguistics
  • Desirable PMP or similar, Computer Science, Business related studies
  • A minimum of 3 years Localization Project Management experience
  • Outstanding Project Management skills communication, planning, organization
  • Quality evaluation practices and tools
  • Able to successfully solve unexpected issues with minor impact and with a proactive and positive “can do” attitude
  • Able to manage multilingual projects in a deadline driven environment
  • Able to negotiate effectively
  • Games industry and audio project experience
  • CAT Tools Advanced user (agency), especially memoQ
  • IT literacy especially Microsoft Office suite
  • Languages English with full working proficiency, other languages are a plus
  • Knowledge of DTP applications and localization testing is desired

  • Ensure customer’s satisfaction
  • Successful project execution and delivery according to client’s expectations, time and budget requirements
  • Full ownership of each localization phase
  • Proposal creation, project analysis, planning and scheduling
  • Risks analysis and mitigation plans
  • Resource selection, monitoring and management
  • Quality assurance
  • Status reports
  • Cost tracking
  • Project admin, post-mortems, meeting minutes, etc.
  • Follow and create procedures making recommendations for process improvements
