Level Up is looking for a vibrant gogetter to join the team.

You will be the first hire within an exciting start-up that manages some of the best talent the gaming/esports industry has to offer. This position is for a(n) talent/operations manager and the main functions of the role will include the following:

Responsibilities:

Talent:

  • Managing incoming requests from clients and organizing them.
  • Creating process so there is transparency and clear communication with our clients, both talent and brands.
  • Managing campaign deliverables for clients.
    • Communication between Level Up, brand and talent.
    • Reporting of campaign results.
    • Ensuring talent is hitting the agreed deliverables.
  • Organizing incoming email traffic and replying within a timely manner.

Operations:

  • Taking charge in organizing the (administrative) backend in regards to contracts, invoicing, expenses and reporting.
  • Creating/maintaining relevant documents such as, but not limited to, sales decks and client information.
  • Managing the day-to-day of the business, including an Operations Intern.
  • Assisting the founder with strategic growth plans.

Qualifications:

  • Highly self-organized person who needs minimal supervision.
  • Pleasant/outgoing personality who can combine working hard and having fun.
  • At least 2 years experience in the gaming industry.
  • Proficient with tools such as G Suite, Asana, Slack and Xero.

Preferred:

  • Talent management experience, in an agency role or on the brand side of things.
  • Experience managing corporate social media accounts.
  • A network with influencers and brands in gaming/esports.
  • Basic graphic design/creative skills.

This is a part-time contractor position which can turn full-time after a successful probation period.
