We’re now hiring an experienced Manager, Software Engineering to join our Core Technology group leading a small team working on our core technologies across our games and platforms.

The ideal candidate will be inquisitive and passionate about building bleeding-edge technology and helping game development teams improve systems and processes. Working here, you’ll have the opportunity to establish and grow a new genre in the video game industry.

What You’ll Be Doing with Us

  • Researching and developing new technologies across all our game development teams
  • Managing and mentoring a couple of Engineers working on build processes and other projects
  • Investigating and promoting the adoption of third-party SDK integrations
  • Working closely with other Engineers, Designers, Artists, and Production to optimize the development process
  • Finding opportunities to reduce iteration time and improve quality

Who We Want To Meet

  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience working in a game development studio or professional software development environment
  • Experience managing and mentoring other Engineers
  • Solid experience in Unity3D
  • Fluency in C#
  • Passion for core technologies, tools, automation, and improving the development process
  • Proficiency with source control tools, like Perforce and Git
  • Excellent problem solving and debugging skills
  • Proficiency with algorithms, design patterns, and data structure design
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience

Bonus Points For

  • Experience with continuous integration (TeamCity or Jenkins)
  • Experience with React, Kotlin, or Python
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JS, JSX, REST, web technologies
  • Experience with cloud platforms, like AWS, Azure, or GCP
