Position Summary

Let’s Play operates across the Vindex platform, to generate insightful, compelling, and strategic analysis to drive growth, improve efficiency and unlock new opportunities. We are looking for a motivated and talented Data Analyst to join our team. This is a highly visible role in a fast-growing Data & Analytics function and requires a combination of analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for making data accessible to others. You will be crafting data sets to understand customer behavior, delivering business insights, and creating a data-driven culture.

Core Responsibilities/Expectations

  • Partner with Product, Strategy, and UX stakeholders with KPI definition, hypothesis generation, performance measurement, and deeper analytical insights that inform strategy, influence the roadmap, and enhance the customer experience.
  • Create reports and dashboards that monitor the health of key products, funnels, and experiences, with an emphasis on automation and self-service.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover trends and customer insights.
  • Design, execute, and analyze the results of experiments for Product initiatives.
  • Drive the implementation and maintenance of analytics tagging across the Vindex suite of digital products by defining analytics requirements and embedding processes that ensure tagging accuracy and data integrity.
  • Train and onboard business and analyst users to dashboards and other data products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 3+ years of experience in analytics.
  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to drive outcomes in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Must be able to translate business questions into analytical frameworks, generate actionable insights through data analysis, and effectively communicate recommendations to a wide range of audiences.
  • Proficient in SQL; experience with Python a plus.
  • 1+ years of experience building dashboards in tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics.
  • 1+ years of defining event tagging requirements for tools like Segment, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
  • 1+ years of experience designing and analyzing A/B tests in tools like Optimizely, Google Optimize, or VWO.
  • Experience building dashboards in Tableau a plus.
  • Interest in esports and video games a plus.
