The OEM Inside Sales Manager position leads a team responsible for uncovering opportunities, selling the benefits of the full catalogue of Lenovo products and selling against the competition in the OEM market.

Responsibilities include:

Develop and cultivate CxO level client relationships as well as achieving profit and revenue objectives
Be a leader in building and developing processes driving client satisfaction, operational efficiency, new account development, repeat sales, product upgrades, problem resolution, sales campaign programs, and business controls to maximize results
Ensure that products, services and solutions recommended to clients will fulfill their needs
Manage a team of inside sales representatives
Acquire, progress, and transition opportunities
Manage all aspects of complex sales and drive to close. The successful candidate will have demonstrated team building and leadership experience.

Position Requirements:

Minimum Requirements:

BS or BA degree
Previous field (outside) sales experience and inside sales experience preferred
At least 2 years previous sales team leadership and/or management required

Preferred Requirements:

IT Hardware sales preferred (PC, Data center, and Storage)
Must have worked in a quota-carrying sales environment
Excellent communication, collaboration skills, and ability to influence others.
Demonstrated experience in showing quarter over quarter growth in sales revenue with large accounts
