Description and Requirements

The Retail Accounts Representative will be responsible for managing Amazon and PC Components, both for Spain, and its further development.

The individual should be proficient at planning and executing an effective relationship strategy and maintaining effective long-term business relationships at the senior level with key decision makers and influencers.

He/she will Identify and prioritize Lenovo opportunities and develops solutions strategies. Plans and facilitates and/or conducts complex negotiations reaching lasting agreements and commitments.

Responsible for revenue, profit margins, SRP management, for the assigned retail accounts.

Main responsibilities:

  • P&L Management experience. Secure revenue and margin quarterly target through Product Mix in Consumer Online Channel
  • Define and agree with Product Management Team the company Promotion activity in Online Channel
  • Stock management and forecasting experience to set the proper stock level (Sell In / ST) in order to secure revenue, margin, GfK Market Share and SoW targets in assigned accounts
  • Product Lifecycle Management availability to manage new portfolio introduction and AGING stock cleaning in Online Channel payers.
  • Built and agree with Marketing Department the strategy and actions to secure proper communication of Lenovo Consumer products highlights using T2 available tools.
  • Clear understanding of Pure Online Players End Users Sell Out growth levers to secure Lenovo profitable business and SoW
  • Product management previous experience in order to build a consistent portfolio for Pure Player that allow Lenovo to hit revenue & margin quarterly targets meanwhile fixing the main Tech trends of the PC market
  • Clear understanding of NB & DT Gaming Market

Success factors:

  • Consistent achievement of weekly and quarterly sales in / sell through quota.
  • Proven ability to build relationships & negotiate (Sell In plans, Margin, SOW) with Key Decision makers in customer..
  • Pro-active Business & marketing planning to show good levels of ROI, increased share of wallet and focused activities.
  • Achievement of top 3 vendor rank within named BP. In line with profitability plan I.e. balance of volume/profit & entry, mid & high end product mix.
  • Ensure the Lenovo brand values are positively promoted at all times via selected consumer channels.

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years proven sales experience managing Amazon and PC Components
  • Minimum of 3 years proven IT/CE industry retail sales experience
  • Network of contacts within targeted National e-tailers and Distributors
  • Self-motivated and pro-active mentality
  • Energetic, sales driven attitude and a “must win” attitude
  • Proven face to face sales track record
  • Presentation and communication skills
  • Requires travel
