You will lead the Lenovo Legion gaming business in Middle East and Africa. You are the visionary business driver and passionate evangelist responsible for growing the Lenovo Legion brand with consumers and partners. We seek a highly disciplined, self-driving individual who is also a rock-solid team player that fully embraces being out of the comfort zone.

These are your detailed responsibilities:

  • Own the Lenovo Legion gaming category in MEA, inclusive of Legion gaming PC devices, Monitors, services, accessories.
  • Plan business and 4P strategy, drive annual/quarterly Gaming business planning based on market, customer, and business analysis
  • Gaming product line up and price planning for revenue and profit mgmt. in collaboration with business and product management team
  • Establish GTM plan and develop/enhance relationship with key Gaming business partners in collaboration with sales team
  • Develop Gaming marketing strategy including online/offline, ATL/BTL in collaboration with consumer marketing team
  • Drive Gaming business sell in/sell through/sell out in collaboration with sales team

Position Requirements:

What you’ll bring:

  • 5 years minimum experience in consumer product management or sales roles with proven business growth numbers.
  • Must have strong grasp of the gaming hardware and software industry, esports and community engagement.
  • Strong track record in the retail and ecommerce consumer space.
  • Mastery of product and sales management processes and operations – forecasting, product lifecycle, promotions, training, point-of-sale strategies.
  • Possesses clarity in the different approaches of selling hardware, software, and services.
  • Excellent public speaking skills to engage customers in any scenario.
  • Deep expertise in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and modern business apps.
