Hiring: To be onboarded in early October, 2021, Start date to be confirmed early November (November 12 estimate)

Salary: CONTRACT BASED - 4 WEEK PROJECT ASSIGNMENT

Exp: 1-4 years esports videography/photography and live event experience.

Assets: Owns their specialized equipment, can also be a photographer, photoshop and adobe premier expert, can upload and edit on location, wants and needs to get the shot right, won't let talent push them around, "always filming" mentality, can see the story and can transfer emotion, like working in teams and collaborating. Fluent in Korean language is an Asset but not required.

Personality: Creative, hungry, persistent, determined, directive, communicative, story teller, passionate, deadline driven.

Needed: Bondable, full drivers license (Preferred but not essential), valid passport, proof of both vaccinations, ability to travel to South Korea and Quarantine for 14 days and then document the lives of our Crossfire team and the CFS Crossfire Stars Grand Finals 2021 the following week to then be edited and published to our YouTube/Instagram/TikTok/Twitter social channels.

Some items we will need daily for this job:

  • Package of videos and photos once returned home
  • Interviews with players, staff or managers
  • Photos for headshots, profiles and social assets
  • Daily communication with management
  • Creation of shorts and clips to be used on social channels

The Lazarus videographer will be responsible for:

  • Live Videography/Photography if/where applicable
  • Video projects as assigned by the Content Manager or Team
  • Long form and short form content, editing, uploads and publishing
  • Tailors content and edits based on assignment details
  • Knowledge and collaborating with teams/creators/influencers/staff to understand timing, dates, deadlines, scheduling, and activations so as to effectively prepare, strategize, and execute on shooting film and photography for deliverables
  • Travel to assigned events to document and film
  • Liaison with all LZR division heads to ensure tasks are met and deadlines achieved
