In order for Larian to continue to grow we are looking for a Recruiter to join our Recruitment team in Dublin.

RECRUITER (CONTRACT)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Search/source talent across multiple disciplines across our 5 global studio locations
• Manage the hiring process for specialist positions across multiple locations
• Screen both passive and active candidates
• Help manage the Intern recruitment process
• Produce recruiting reports to share with leadership
• Participate in recruiting events
• Perform administrative duties as required to support the recruitment team
• Help with various recruitment projects including improving and streamlining processes
• Set examples of great candidate experience
• Support hiring managers so they too have a great experience

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in pre-screening and interviewing candidates
• 2 + years of sourcing experience (Boolean, x-ray searching)
• Experience recruiting either in-house or in an agency
• Experience in finding Tech, Creative or Art talent
• Ability to learn quickly what disciplines do
• Ability to work in a busy (but fun) environment.
• Knowledge of ATS’s like Greenhouse, Lever etc
