As an experienced HR Advisor you’ll be instrumental to making sure we have a happy team. While there will be a variety of HR responsibilities the main focus will be on employee engagement and D&I.

What Does The Job Actually Involve?

  • Developing and implementing high quality HR strategies to ensure an efficient team that is well treated, supported and motivated.

  • Developing an engagement plan that includes activities designed to achieve a good level of satisfaction in our employees and reduce the churn rate.

  • Gathering feedback and data from our employees to determine which engagement techniques and tools are adequate for our audience.

  • Creating metrics and analysis to showcase the main KPIs related to the relevant HR areas. Analysing the results of the engagement techniques used.

  • Contributing to the development of Diversity & Inclusion strategy aligned with our values and tracking results of initiatives implemented.

Your Hard Skills

  • At least 3 years of experience as HR Advisor or similar role, ideally having focused on employee engagement and D&I areas.

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

  • Dynamic, able to multitask and work under pressure while managing a varied workload.

  • Flexible attitude and outstanding attention to detail, a keen eye for consistency and accuracy.

  • Very organised and trustworthy.
