What’s the job?

As Head of Growth you are responsible for overseeing UA and growth strategy across our entire mobile portfolio, including both Casual and Hyper-Casual titles. You follow data and use contacts to learn and improve the methods by which we gain our users.

What you will really be doing

  • Devising overarching UA and growth strategies, executing them and reporting results to the Head of Digital Marketing and other team members.

  • Overseeing the launches of our games, working with social and ad network partners to maximise scale and revenue.

  • Directing the existing Growth teams across hyper-casual, casual, ad ops and influencer content. Directly managing senior team members, extracting their maximum capability and forwarding their own leadership skills.

  • Stayinging abreast of the latest industry trends and developments to ensure the team is at the cutting edge of Growth techniques

  • You’ll be part of an agile, multidisciplinary and creative team and work closely with them to ensure the best results.

  • You'll think creatively and be motivated by challenges and constantly striving for the best.

  • You’ll work with cutting edge technology, if you need software or hardware to get the job done efficiently, you will get it. We even have a robot!

You’ll work within an extremely experienced, passionate and diverse team, including David Darling and the creator of the Micro Machines video games.

Skills and Requirement

  • Over 2 years of experience leading a team of data-minded specialists within the mobile industry

  • 5+ years of experience within a growth role for mobile games/apps

  • Expert knowledge of mobile user acquisition, with a keen interest in data-based analysis techniques

  • Familiarity with the hyper-casual and casual gaming verticals and the quirks that make them unique

  • In-depth knowledge of both social and SDK mobile ad networks including Facebook, Google, TikTok, AppLovin, Ironsource, Mintegral etc.

  • Motivating personality with a passion for strategic thinking and high-stakes campaign activity
