WHO WE ARE

KSE Esports Management, LLC is the esports branch of Kroenke Sports & Entertainment. Currently, we manage the Los Angeles Gladiators (Overwatch League) and the Los Angeles Guerrillas (Call of Duty League), with eyes towards upcoming expansion into other games. We are dedicated to building a lasting legacy in esports and connecting to the greater Los Angeles community with the development of the Hollywood Park stadium and complex.

We’re looking for a Social Media & Community Manager to embody the LA Gladiators across social media platforms and within the online community. The ideal candidate will be comfortable within a new organization that is growing quickly, innovative with ideas, and proactive in taking ownership of the brand accounts.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Take ownership of the @LAGladiators accounts on all social platforms
  • Serve as the online voice of the Gladiators to engage with the community, deliver content and messaging, and create a tangible social presence
  • Cover gameday performance when the Gladiators play
  • Sustain and grow the online Gladiators community with engagement across social media and in Discord
  • Team up with the existing Discord mod team to plan regular community-building activities
  • Track performance and growth with analytics and use the findings to adjust strategy for optimizing posts
  • Collaborate with the rest of the digital team, director of marketing, content, and art teams to plan and push out regular Gladiators content across all platforms

  • Deeply embedded in the Overwatch and Overwatch League sphere online, constantly in-touch with the latest news, community announcements, memes, etc
  • A connoisseur of social media, particularly Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and Discord
  • A curious innovator, regularly testing and researching to understand the platforms and their algorithms better
  • A witty communicator
  • Proactive, always proposing and trying new ideas
  • A people-person who cares about positively impacting the community
