Working Student - Recruiting (f/m/d)

Reporting to the Head of Recruitment, this role will include coordinating all matters related to prospective candidates and supporting the Recruitment Team in daily operational tasks. You will gain unique insights into the recruitment process of a fast-growing company and get to experience every stage of full-cycle recruiting from direct search to finalizing offers.
This role will initially start as a 3-month contract, with the possibility to extend.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for direct search for different candidate profiles and seniority levels on LinkedIn, Github, Xing etc
- Coordinate communications with talent, scheduling interviews with the appropriate team member or replying to candidate queries
- Maintain the careers inbox, ensuring great candidate experience
- Working with our internal ATS, improving recruiting functionalities and increasing efficiency with a data driven approach
Required skills
- Enrolled as a student in the field of Human Resources, Business Administration or a similar course of study
- Highly motivated and well-organised work approach
- Excellent English and communication skills
- Must reside in Germany
- Available to work 20 hours/week
Desirable skills
- Prior experience in Recruiting or Sourcing is a big plus!
- Passion for games, especially mobile games
