JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an seasoned User Acquisition professional to join us and lead our UA team.

Aside from building and managing a team day to day, the Head of User Acquisition will also shape the UA strategy and direction across current and future titles. You will report to the VP marketing and will work closely with our great data team and our amazing Ad-Creative studio.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the UA strategy for our games in coordination with the VP Marketing
  • Experiment, test and iterate on channels, optimization strategies, partner-services and automation
  • Drive Ad campaigns analysis and optimization (ROI driven)
  • Create a close relationship with AdNetworks and industry leaders
  • Lead and develop our cross-functional UA team
  • Enhance the team structure and drive collaboration between campaign management, art and data roles
  • Be responsible for employee development, career management and recruiting

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven ability to lead and manage people
  • Outstanding problem solving and critical thinking
  • Good communication skills
  • Highly motivated, fast and well-organized work approach
  • Strong cross-functional team management skills
  • Proven UA experience across multiple platforms such as Facebook, AppLovin, Google, Unity
  • Experience working within the mobile gaming industry, or a passion for games, especially mobile games
