We are seeking a Program Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and improving the internal and external programs of our organization, having a strong emphasis client relation.

As a Program Manager you will
- Developing and implementing strategy for the program team, including developing a robust risk mitigation plan;
- Understanding how different projects/programs interlink and overlap;
- Working with the HR team to manage staff and resources for programs;
- Participating in new project bid and quote estimations;
- Participate in program content design, submissions and reviews;
- Gathering feedback and presenting insights through regular team retrospectives;
- Reporting on program performance to executive team and directors;
- Develop, motivate, train and manage the production team at the studios;
- Developing industry partnerships;
- Ensuring relevant standards, process and regulations are upheld.
We expect you to have
- 5 years of experience in a similar role;
- Languages: Fluent English;
- Knowledge of agile methods and project management tools;
- Strong management skills and sense of leadership;
- Problem solving and negotiation skills;
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment.
