HR Assistant

Maintain support activities for the Human Resources Manager, as well as administrative support for the HR department in: recruitment, selection of personnel and hiring of CLT and Legal Personnel, sending documentation and work registration processes at Kokku, preparation of profiles and job description, as well as administrative support assisting in the fulfillment of Kokku’s internal operational procedures related to Human Resources.

Typical Responsibilities:

  • In support activities for the HR Manager, receiving and keeping personnel files up to date;
  • Responsible for the inclusion and exclusion of employees from health and dental insurance policies
  • Responsible for dispatching documents;
  • Keep supplies of digital and physical copies of the Internal Labor Regulations and IT Standards supplied to the administrative staff;
  • Administrative support to the HR department whenever requested
  • Responsible for the administrative routines of the HR Department;
  • Keep profiles and job descriptions updated;
  • Conduct the recruitment and selection processes of personnel and the entire process of offering and hiring CLT and PJ
  • Perform curriculum analysis and screening;
  • Support to the personnel sector;
  • Responsible for the induction process for new employees;
  • Responsible for observing and monitoring HR policies and Institutional Values ​​and all levels of Kokku.
  • Organization of Personnel Archives;
  • Folders complete with all documents in the personnel file;
  • Reports on selection processes;
  • Regulations and policies;
  • Update profiles;
  • Documents organized and easily located when necessary;
  • Regulations available whenever necessary;
  • Administrative flow within the standards;

Knowledge, Skills and Behaviors Required


  • Academic training, complete higher education or in progress in administration; psychology or people management
  • Computer domain Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel; Internet
  • Basic knowledge of CLT Labor Law
  • 3 years of professional experience in personnel routines and recruitment of Preferred Personnel in games or information technology companies
  • Intermediate English, fluency would be a competitive advantage.
