## Description

**WORK DESCRIPTION**

Overall general affairs duties

- Maintaining, arranging, and managing office equipment and supplies
- Employee welfare services, such as arranging and operating company events, etc.
- Employee relations (including temporary staff)
- Handling telephone calls, e-mails, letters, packages, and external visitors
- Document management, etc.

**REQUIREMENTS**

- Experience working in general affairs or administrative department
- Basic computer skills
- Enjoy helping others
- Available to work in the office
- Native level Japanese proficiency

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**

- Interest and knowledge in video games or the entertainment industry
- Business level English proficiency
