Kluge Interactive is a VR & AR game studio. We are behind Synth Riders, a best-selling VR rhythm game, and are currently building a series of new titles while also servicing a select roster of clients.

Founded in 2008, Kluge started as a design agency, and is now entirely committed to the AR & VR space.

We are looking for a Producer for our new technical VR fighting game. If you are a fan of games like Killer Instinct or Street Fighter, we want to hear from you!

You would be working alongside our CEO, CTO and Creative Director to lead a technical and artistic team into the execution of the game, from its current beta stage, to its launch and evolution.

Minimum requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a producer

  • Experience working with Virtual Reality

  • Able to speak Spanish (our team is mostly in Spain and Latin America)

  • Experience as a producer in the world of video games (you have shipped at least 1 game)

  • Good planner with attention to detail

  • Organization, structure and documentation skills

  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams, coordinating between developers, artists and the business side of the project

  • Ability to work in a fully collaborative team

  • Excellent communicator

Desired requirements:

  • Experience with Unity 3D

  • Experience with fighting games

Responsibilities

  • You will work with our CEO, CTO, and Creative Director and internal team to make sure leadership is aligned on game roadmap

  • You will work day to day with the team to plan and organize the workflow

  • You will help to solve problems and remove blockers through good communication with all the members of the team

  • You will need to balance the creative and technological needs of the project with a strong planning and process

  • You will work with our executive team and other departments to take into account all other areas of the game’s release plan, including team growth, marketing, and community-building

  • Proactivity in communicating time schedules is essential
