We are currently looking for highly motivated individuals with great personalities to join Kinguin People Experience Team (HR) as Senior People Experience Specialist.

Duties

  • Contribute to and implement the HR strategy in line with business objectives
  • Provide HR expertise and consultation to leaders, managers, and colleagues covering the full range HR disciplines
  • Conduct recruiting and hiring processes
  • Implement development programs for Kinguiners based on training needs
  • Participate in HR projects and implement innovative solutions in HR area (e.g. performance review, talent management, employer branding, CSR, employee engagement)
  • Contribute to shaping organizational culture including promoting values (creative, fun, rewarding) and providing effective communication
  • Represent Kinguin as an employer on job fairs and any external events
  • Support team building activities and knowledge sharing
  • Provide assistance in individual development of employees
  • Update review and create the company’s policies
  • Perform other duties/ projects as assigned.

Required skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience in a professional services environment;
  • Experience must include the development and delivery of administrative, HR and business support processes;
  • This experience is preferred with a multi-national company, but not required;
  • Prior experience with working with senior management;
  • Good command of English – it’s a must;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite;
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and teambuilding skills;
  • Ability to effectively plan and demonstrate organizational skills;
  • Attention to detail, time management and prioritization;
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
