Job Description:

Our Workplace Management team runs the entire workplace experience for our sites around the world - they are the authorities on everything from health and safety and building systems to social programming, catering, vendor management, service offerings, renovation projects and providing the most incredible first impression for everyone who walks through our front door. Reporting to the Senior Group Workplace Manager in Stockholm you are responsible for delivering a first class service to our internal customers and key partners. You will support and assist the Senior Facilities Manager in all aspects of the successful day to day running of the Stockholm office.

Your Role Within our Kingdom

  • You are an eager, self-motivated person who is experienced in facilities management (FM). You'll handle all traditional aspects of FM and operations as well as being part of the events and programs that drive our excellent culture and continue making King a great place to work.
  • You'll deliver first class customer service to all our customers, the employees and contractors of King.
  • You'll work closely and in alignment with the global WPM team to assist with global initiatives or programs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety and fire safety legislation, follow up on risk assessments, SBA quarterly inspections.
  • You will assist, plan and oversee fire drills, fire warden and first aid training.
  • Collaborate with Global Health & Safety and Security Manager to ensure a safe, secure & compliant working environment.
  • Responsible for planning, coordination, documentation and follow up of planned and reactive Repair and Maintenance.
  • Distribute and make sure office desks, lockers, furniture, seating, office entertainment, electrical equipment are fully functional at all times.
  • Responsibility for asset tagging and asset inventory at site
  • You will maintain common areas ensure they are clean and that furniture are in the correct places.
  • Together with Global Workplace Specialist design and distribute up to date office signs and information making sure we have a consistent approach.
  • Liaison with external partners, suppliers and the landlord on operational issues.
  • Work with Global Events in helping to facilitate ad hoc activities and events
  • You will be responsible for keeping space- planning up to date
  • Support Senior Facilities Manager with PO creation, goods receipting and other financial tasks.
  • Management of small projects, procurement, vetting of goods and services.
  • Conduct daily building walks in the office – performing handy- man tasks like: changing lightbulbs, small repair works and improvements to general tidiness.

  • Previous experience in similar role including experience in handy work- tasks
  • Good numeracy and literary skills
  • A professional, extremely well organized and a creative problem solver.
  • Be flexible, dedicated and customer focused
  • Excellent customer service and social skills
  • Adaptability
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • Shown computer and systems knowledge
  • Fluent in Swedish & English
