We are looking for a Senior Level Designer to join Catalog Games, a team where you can experiment, go beyond the obvious and have an impact on a large amount of projects.

As part of the Level Design team in Catalog Games, you will be creating well-balanced, consistent and thrilling levels based on our games' basic rules as well as support the delivery of the games' core vision. Ultimately, you will ensure our games are fun to play!

This opportunity will connect you with Level Designers working on all our 9 titles and you will come together to tackle challenges specific to the craft of Level Design.

Your role within the Kingdom:

  • Create, assess, re-balance and tune new and existing levels.

  • Analyze metrics, prepare hypotheses and run AB Tests together with the Data team.

  • Actively contribute to creative discussions surrounding level design and processes optimization.

  • Work with designers to producers to ensure level consistency across the 9 titles.

  • Remain up-to-date with Level and Game Design literature and best practices to continue driving the Level Design expertise.

Skills to create thrills:

  • Passionate about games, with a deep understanding of the casual market and a creative mindset to think innovatively. Additionally, possessing a strong grasp of the essential elements that contribute to a good game

  • Experience mentoring, coaching or leading creative profiles

  • Successfully managing outsourcing teams

  • Proficient in level design for casual games, either through practical experience or extensive knowledge

  • Sound knowledge of game balancing and pacing, acquired through hands-on experience.

  • Familiarity with working within a game production team and an understanding of best practices in game production.

Excellent communication skills, enabling effective interaction with team members and stakeholders.
