We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Publisher team and be the voice of game studios within the Product organization. We are continually pushing the boundaries of supply optimization with novel and innovative ways to boost ad revenue whilst thinking holistically about the user experience and game economy. Our customers across Activision, Blizzard and King are right there with us and you will have direct access to game studios to partner and create features that are truly unique and market leading. The Publisher team prides itself on delivering innovative ad formats, unique optimization controls and the world- class technology and tooling to match. You will be responsible for the end- to- end delivery of your features, which make integration, testing and optimization a breeze for our customers.

As our Publisher Product Manager, you should thrive when working closely with customers and enjoy getting to grips with new technologies to drive your product forwards. You should be used to working cross- functionally and taking insights from the market to identify opportunities for new products which you can share in a compelling and comprehensive manner. You will be responsible for the roadmap, requirement definition and prioritization of your features and work with our Engineering and Partner Success team to take them to market. You will follow your products throughout their journey and continually identify ways to iterate and improve.
Game Changer - What You Bring To The Role
- 3- 5 years as a product manager in digital advertising or a related industry.
- Ability to evolve our platform, processes and tools to build advanced controls, technologies and formats which delight customers and users.
- Exceptional problem- solving, project management and organization skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Relevant experience developing products or tooling that involve user- centric design and workflow.
- Highly analytical and understand how to measure success and use metrics to optimize products.
- Compelling influencer with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in technical field required. MBA preferred.
